When the crew arrives they first examine the area and look for access-then we wrap the spa in a plastic to ensure that no scratches or any other damage occurs. Once that is done we carefully place the spa on a dolly (on its side) and roll it out on to the truck. We then strap and fully secure the spa on to the truck bed. Once we are at the drop-off Location we work backward on the process just described.

Draining the water is a simple process. In most cases, simply hook up a garden hose to your spas drain and drain the water to an appropriate location. This does take several hours and needs to be done at least a day before we are scheduled to move your spa. If you need us to drain your spa, or you simply don’t want to be bothered with draining it yourself, we can do that for a small additional service fee. There are many ways to prepare a spot for your spa. Your base can be a concrete slab, a base of pea-sized gravel, or paving stones. Just keep in mind most spas weigh between 800 to 1,200 pounds empty. When you fill it with water it will weigh several thousand pounds. Placing you spa or hot tub on a solid base is important.
